Hugh has been a lawyer since moving to Echuca in 2005 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (Economics) at Monash University. Hugh has been involved in many community based organisations in Echuca Moama including recently serving on the Board of Echuca Moama & District Tourism Development Association for 10 years and is also currently on the Echuca Tennis Club committee.

Hugh has developed a large practice working predominantly in the areas of commercial law, property law, water law, loans and mortgages and strives to find practical and economical solutions for the firm’s clients.

Patrick predominately practices in the areas of Wills, Estates and Succession Planning. Patrick prides himself on direct and straightforward practical advice that is aimed at ensuring a smooth succession for businesses, farms, trusts and private clients and achieving our clients end of life wishes. Patrick also provides legal advice and work on estate litigation matters and general disputes. Patrick’s evolving work in the area of succession planning for commercial, business and farming clients means he has extensive knowledge in the area of trusts and superannuation law. Furthermore, Patrick has substantial experience in large scale property development work as well as residential, commercial and rural property transactions.
